VN ROOFING & CLADDING Pvt. Ltd. (VNRC) was established in 1992. VNRC is specialized in manufacture, supply and erection of industrial roofing & accessories for Pre-Engineered Buildings. The company offers turn-key roofing solution in all the sectors through its multi-dimensional facilities, all under one roof. Our services range from conceptualizing, designing, manufacturing to final supply and erection.

VNRC, along with its group companies namely Jaushna Steels (I.) Pvt. Ltd., Yashusha Steels Pvt. Ltd., running under the same management & valuable guidance of Shri J. K. Agrawal, having a large dealer network over Central India and having its branch offices in Maharashtra & Chattisgarh state. The annual turnover of VNRC & its group companies is more than 50 Crore.

Sectional Weight Chart for VN-1010 Trapezoidal Profile Sheet: VNRC uses high quality color coated metal as its color coated feed stock. We offer superior quality color coated sheets, which possess the strength of steel, corrosion resistance of metallic coating and an additional corrosion protection. These sheets are painted in uniform color, gloss, texture and thickness as well as have excellent paint adhesion & durability. This allows it to ensure premium quality and guaranteed life expectancy for all its color coated metal sheets. The color coated profile sheets manufactured at our end are available in long as well as customized lengths, which provide an application and usage ease to our clients. These color coated profile sheets are painted after galvanizing and apart from creating a stunning visual impact, bring numerous advantages to end user industries. These sheets, for instance, make it possible to design and construct your choice of beautiful structures; Therefore, VNRC associates itself with its products and stands by them always. Some features and technical specifications of our product are as follows: Available Finish: * Pre-painted on hot dip galvanised substrate (P.P.G.I.) * Bare Al-Zn alloy coated steel in natural finish (Bare Galvalume) * Pre-painted on Al-Zn alloy coated substrate (P.P.G.L.) * Guard Film is not part of standard supply. Recommended Roof pitch: After extensive research, study and tests, the Bureau of Indian Standards has concluded and recommended roof pitch of 18.3 degrees as best suited and optimal for Indian conditions. VNRC subscribes to the standardization process. However, designers tend to choose slope of their choice keeping factors like heat dissipation, operational requirements, energy consumption and environmental factors in mind. The profile is suitable for adaptation to slope as designed. Standard Thickness: * VN-1010 is available in standard thickness of 0.50 mm (TCT) in P.P.G.I., P.P.G.L., and Bare Galvalume. * It is also available in Variable thickness from 0.40 mm to 0.80 mm in P.P.G.I. And P.P.G.L. (against special order) subject to quantity. * In PPGI, thickness of 0.80 mm is available against special orders subject to minimum quantity restrictions. Available Lengths: Supplied in customized and standard lengths up to 12 Meters Application: Roof and Wall Cladding, building accessories, canopies of gas stations
